ffmpeg - Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:1 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height

When i tried to merge an avi file with a wav file it shows the error "Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:1 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height".
