Excel 2010: Colour cells in a column based on values in another column

I need to do the following in Excel 2010

Colour a column based on another columns value

For example,

Status      Balance
Green       0
Red         25
Red         60
Green       0

The 'Balance' is populated using SUM(). I could do it for a single cell, ie., for the first row. How can I set the rules for the rest of records ?
